Inc. Magazine Honors EZSolution
EZSolution, located at 111 Centerville Road in Lancaster, recently received recognition as a member of a very exclusive business club. For 2012, Inc. Magazine ranked EZSolution #3118 among the nation’s fastest growing private companies. EZSolution, which now has 45 employees, achieved its ranking by increasing revenues 106% from 2009 to 2012 to reach a total of $2.3 million.
Founded in 1997 by Penn State grad Tom Malesic, EZSolution is one company with two distinct divisions – Computer Support and Website Design, but, according to Malesic, only one guiding philosophy. “Superior customer service is the key to everything that we do. Many of our customers have come to us because of their dissatisfaction with the service that they’re received elsewhere. I’ve had many business owners tell me that they can’t even get a call back from their web designer or their computer technician. We’ve succeeded and grown because we always make customer service our top priority.”
EZSolution’s Computer Support division provides services such as Networking, IT Consulting, and Data Backup Solutions. The Marketing division, EZMarketing, meanwhile, creates, markets and hosts websites for businesses of all sizes, and Malesic credits his company’s growth to the hard work of the employees in both divisions. “I really attribute our success to the great team that we have here. All of our employees love what they do, and every one of them has a real passion for helping our customers. They’re the ones who have made this growth possible.”
